SEMINAR – MARCH 01, 2025

Last March 01, 2025 we had a interactive discussion from the book 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟎.𝟓 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 by 𝑱𝒆𝒇𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒚 𝑮𝒊𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒓. This part talk many topics that would let you identify your perks as salesperson or future sales professionals. One key takeaway was the significance of maintaining a positive mindset. A positive mindset fosters a positive attitude, and a positive attitude translates into positive actions.

This part of the book touched on many important topics that helped us reflect on our strengths and areas for growth as current or future sales professionals. One of the key takeaways was the significance of maintaining a positive mindset, not just as a nice-to-have, but as a foundation for success. A positive mindset shapes the way we see challenges, turning obstacles into opportunities to learn and grow. It influences the way we interact with customers and colleagues, helping us approach conversations with sincerity, confidence, and empathy.

When we think positively, it naturally leads to a positive attitude, and that attitude shines through in the way we communicate and the actions we take. In sales, where relationships are everything, that positivity can make all the difference in building trust, creating meaningful connections, and leaving a lasting impression.

Moreover, we also discussed about how the customers and salespeople want to be treated. Both essentially want to be treated honestly, in contrast customers don’t want to be pushed over into buying instead they want to be treated sincerely when you tell them they needed to hear, and according to this part, one technique you could use is to take interest in what they do. At the same time, how the salesperson wanted to be treated allow us to understand that they, too, have their wants as a salesperson, so we sort of begin to understand how they desperately wanted a sale because like the customer they are also people living to earn.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated teachers and to all participants for their active engagement. Your insights and contibutions made the discussion even more enriching!
