SEMINAR – MARCH 15, 2025

Last March 15, 2025, the teachers gave an informative and interactive discussion about the book 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟎.𝟓 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 by 𝑱𝒆𝒇𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒚 𝑮𝒊𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒓. The nights begin with talks on the Book of Questions as it discusses the critical importance of asking effective questions as the key to making a sale. It was emphasized that skillful questioning is not just a part of the sales process, but its very foundation, determining success or failure as it allows salespeople to uncover prospect needs, build rapport, establish confidence, and ultimately progress towards closing a deal.

We also talked about the Book of Power which states that aside from effective questioning, salespersons should also consider Power Statements and its strategic use and powerful impact on making a successful sale. Power Statements are highlighted as outstanding, credible, understandable, and buyable statements about a product or service that are central to effective selling. These statements are useful and crucial for efficient and persuasive selling as they directly address prospect needs and articulate value effectively.
