areg’S story

My name is John Carlo Areg, born and raised in Burgos, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental. My life journey as early as 4 years old was molded by my grandfather, who was strict in implementing disciplinary actions and making us accountable for the things  we did wrong or right. I did grow up with strong passion, dedication and the ability to think before deciding which greatly impacts the way I live up to this world. I was also drawn with curiosity about things that have mechanisms, whether its a toy, electronics components and many more which also affects the courses and lessons I did take in my college and high school.

My Education started in CDO where I took my kindergarten, then took my elementary education in Burgos Oroquieta City, and then took my secondary education in Sisters of Mary School-Boystown, Inc. which did help me mold to be a better version of myself.

This is where I learn more about values, God – this school is a catholic school as we are taught to know God more and the bible, taught more about right and wrong. These schools also focus on molding and honing the technical skills that each person has where I took Mechatronics skills and Electrical Installation and Maintenance ( EIM ) in which my early childhood plays a big role on why I took these kinds of courses. Now, I am already in the college era in which I did continue the path I started in my high school which I did love.

Today, as I continue to hone my skills, I am driven by the goal of being successful and making a great impact on the community. Lets not limit ourselves to the things that we can do but rather thinking outside the box where different ideas emerge.
