SEMINAR – NOVEMBER 15, 2025

Last November 15, 2025, the scholars of the ๐Š๐…๐… ๐…๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง continued with their discussion of the book “๐†๐จ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐†๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ” ๐›๐ฒ ๐‰๐ข๐ฆ ๐‚๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ. In this session, there’s an emphasis on developing a culture of balance that confronts reality while maintaining faith. It begs the question: what should we, as leaders, do to achieve that balance? Well, a leader must first create a climate where truth is heard.

This climate of truth consists of hearing what your people have to say and making them aware of the brutal facts. You must lead them with questions, not answers of an unpredictable vision. Questions lead to dialogue and discussion that allows a leader to gain genuine understanding that can help with progress and conflicts. Speaking of conflict, when it arises, a leader must conduct autopsies without blameโ€”study the problem, dissect the details, find the source and work to fix it.

Don’t point fingers at someone to take the fall. Finally, treat those information like a glaring red flag that’s impossible to ignore, the difficulty in reaching success is not due to the lack of information, but the lack of action on that information

As we learn to face the brutal facts, we also learn how to believe that we will prevail through challenges. The balance of awareness and faith will help a leader guide their people to success, to go from good to great. Another guiding light is the hedgehog concept, one that simplifies complex strategies. This single organizing idea, basic principle, or concept that unifies and guides everything.

In short, a quality of a great leader is knowing balance. Acknowledging the brutal facts to respond to it appropriately and having enough faith for motivation. This session truly enlightened our scholars and we are always eager to learn more.

We would like to give our gratitude to all who participated in this meeting, your insights are informative and it’s always a wonder to learn with you.
